AR-Aged Accounts Receivable Summary Report - Excessive Slowness/Report Will Not Run

If someone in Finance notifies you that the AR-Aged Accounts Receivable Summary report is so slow that it will not run:

  • Per Seva, please report the issue immediately to the following three email addresses: dbaservices@cmic.ca ; swinertonsupport@vigt.com ; swinertondba@vigt.com. This will allow them to troubleshoot the issue in real time.
  • Problem 1700┬áprovides details on this. This Problem was closed, as the as the issue has not happened since June. However, the issue has happened a total of at least four times so we want to make sure it does not happen again. This report drags down CMiC when it is kept running for too long.
