Return a Development Check-In to the Employee that Submitted Prematurely (For Manager)
We have noticed that the [Submit] button is easily pressed at the wrong time - leaving the Employee's Evaluation incomplete when the Manager
receives the Employee Evaluation within their Workday inbox for the Manager Evaluation portion of the review.
If this is the case, the Manager will need to return the review to the employee to complete their evaluation prior to the Manager completing their portion.
STEP 1: Once you've selected the Manager Evaluation task in the inbox click [Get Started].
STEP 2: Locate the buttons at the bottom of the screen and click [Next].
STEP 3: On the final page of the Manager Evaluation, click [Send Back] to return the review back to the employee.
STEP 4: Enter a reason you are sending back the DCI to the employee.
STEP 5: Click [Submit].
