Receiving and Completing a Delegated Development Check-In
STEP 1: Log in to Workday.
Note: if you are accessing this task from a notification, please proceed to STEP 3.
STEP 2: In the Inbox, click on [Manager Evaluation].
STEP 3: Click [Switch Account] to log in as the person who delegated the Review to you.
STEP 4: You will be informed that you are acting on behalf someone else. Click [OK] to continue.
STEP 5: You are now logged in as the the person who delegated the Review to you. Return to their Inbox (upper right hand corner of the screen) and click on the inbox to access the evaluation.
Note; You will not find the evaluation within the Delegated Actions section of the screen, you must go into the inbox
STEP 6: Click [Get Started]
STEP 7: Complete the evaluation on behalf of the Manager by adding comments in the response text boxes and then click [Next].
STEP 8: Review your responses and Click [Submit].
NOTE: Should you decide that the Evaluation needs to be returned to the employee for additional information, you can click [Send Back]
STEP 9: After you submit the Manager Evaluation, sign out of the person's account you are acting on behalf of. Click the User's Profile (upper right hand corner) and click [Switch Account] and select your name.
