Too many failed attempts to login to LaborChart will result in a locked account, rendering the user unable to login. In this situation, one of your company's Admin Users will need to unlock your account.
To unlock a user's account:
- Navigate to the person's details page
- Click the Unlock User button located beneath their profile picture
- A warning modal will populate, asking you to confirm the unlocking of their account. Click Unlock
Once the account is unlocked, it is highly recommended that the afflicted user change their password. This can be done through the Forgot My Password workflow on the login page, as well as under the My Profile tab within the Settings Page.
