Drop a Course
Employees can drop themselves from non-required courses they are enrolled in if there is no longer a need to take a course, they've inadvertently enrolled themselves in a course they've already taken or are not able to take the course for business or personal reasons.
STEP 1: Log into Workday and click on View All Apps or the Menu in the upper left hand corner and locate the Learning app
STEP 2: Click on the Learning app
STEP 3: Locate and click on your transcript from the list of Links or within My Learning on the left side of your screen.
Note: You cannot drop a course that has been Completed.
STEP 4: Locate the course and click it.
STEP 5: Select [Drop Course].
STEP 6: Select a Drop Reason. This is a required field.
STEP 7: Select [OK]
STEP 8: Select [Submit]
STEP 9: Select [Done]
A course drop notification is sent to both the employee and their manager.
