Browser Login Steps

All EMHH employees should now be logging into Workday with their EMHH email and password using the logon link; https://www.myworkday.com/swinerton/login-saml2.htmld.

Username = first.last@emhh.com

This holds especially true for Lindgren to EMHH conversion employees - they cannot logon to Swinerton Workday going forward and will be unable to use their old Swinerton/Lindgren account to logon to workday. If they submit a ticket, ensure they are using the new link and their EMHH info.

Workday Mobile App Login Steps

Open Workday on the web (following steps above) and login

1. Click on profile menu in the upper, right-hand corner

2. Click on My Account

3. Click on Organization ID

4. Now open the Workday app on your mobile device

5. Either manually enter the Organization ID listed in Workday on the web, or use the QR code reader

6. Now login as normal at the SSO prompt
