If user cannot access their account and reset password is not working, please review the information below for next steps.

To summarize:

1. If it’s a password issue and you can’t login to eBuilder, contact eBuilder help directly for a reset.

2. If you can login but don’t have access to your accounts, contact the Kaiser project PM to ensure you have provision for their project.

3. If you have all of the above verified and still can’t access the projects then it should be elevated to Kit Neal, Kaiser’s eBuilder Corporate Manager
