Request Payment & Performance Bond -

This solution is intended for Operations users to request a P&P bond via Boomi. This can be done simultaneously when converting an Opportunity to a JIP, or after the JIP is already set up in CMiC.

Note: This process should be completed in Chrome, rather than IE.

STEP 1: From the CMiC Field Menu, click Swinerton Links>Job Start Log.

This will take you to Boomi. There you will be able to search for your project and complete the P&P bond form.

STEP 2: When the JIP Summary page pulls up in Boomi, type the project number in the Search field and click Enter.

STEP 3: Click the Actions button (eyeball on the left) to open the project.

STEP 4: On the top menu, click Risk and scroll to the Bond Required field.

STEP 5: It should say Yes. Click Bond Form.

You are taken to Boomi to complete the P&P Request Form. There are four areas of the form that need to be completed (one additional if project is Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or Integrated Project Delivery). The areas to be completed for P&P requests are:

1. General Info
