DocuSign Access for SOLV Energy -
Starting on Friday, 10/1, all SRE and SOLV DocuSign users will begin sending out any documents from the SOLV Energy DocuSign account. You will have one business week to finish executing any documents that have been sent out on the Swinerton account.
NOTE: After Friday, 10/8, you will no longer have access to anything that was sent out on the Swinerton Account. Please make sure all executed items are saved to the z/drive, Teams or in CMiC. A service desk ticket will be required to access the Swinerton account documents. If you have outstanding items on the Swinerton account on Thursday afternoon, 10/7/21, please void the items on the Swinerton account and resend using the SOLV Energy Account.
As of Friday, 10/1/21, you will have access to TWO DocuSign accounts:
- Swinerton Account
- SOLV Energy Account
Friday, 10/1/2021 - Begin send out any documents via the new SOLV account and continue saving executed documents on the Swinerton account.
NOTE: You will need to switch back and forth between the Swinerton account and the SOLV account during the one week transition period. Remembering to send out from SOLV and only save executed work from Swinerton.
NOTE: There is currently no branding on the SOLV account. That will be updated on go-live date of 11/1/2021. Until then, you will see the Swinerton logo on the Swinerton account, but no logo on the SOLV account.
To Access the Different Accounts on the DocuSign site:
Once logged into DocuSign:
a. Click on your profile in the upper right hand corner.
b. Click Switch Account.
c. Chose the SOLV Group account.
Friday, 10/8/2021 - Access to your Swinerton account will be removed and all documents will be sent and executed on the SOLV Energy account.
