How to Clear Your Cache in MS Edge


If you are encountering any of these issues:


1. Your treeview is missing when you log into CMiC Project Management ...

2. Your header buttons are not appearing ...

3. You cannot upload documents to CMiC ...

4. You cannot update PCIs ...

5. You cannot complete a process in CMiC that was working last week ...

6. You cannot print reports (you get a "This page can't be displayed" error message) ...


...you need to clear your cookies and temporary internet files in Internet Explorer. Follow the instructions below:


STEP 1: In Edge, go to upper-right-corner and click on the 3 little dots
STEP 2: Select Settings



STEP 3: On the left-hand-side, click Privacy, search, and services

STEP 4: Under "Clear browsing data",  click Choose what to clear



STEP 5: for "Time Range" use the arrow and select All Time 

STEP 6: Click Clear now



STEP 7: Close all tabs and browser windows, relaunch Edge and login to CMiC again
