Deactivate or Reactivate a Project Contact on a Project
OVERVIEW
During the course of construction, your Project Contact Directory can and probably will change. While you cannot delete users from the Project Contact Directory without assistance from IT, you can inactivate users from the directory you use on a daily basis. If a Project Partner needs to be reactivated at a later date, that is no problem. See below for these basic instructions.
1. Expand the Communication Management section and select Project Partner Directory in the Treeview
2. Go to the Partner and click the contact card icon to open the Project Contacts
3. Click the edit icon for the person’s name you wish to inactivate
4. Uncheck the "Active Contact" box to deactivate the contact.
5. Click Save
NOTE: After you uncheck the Contact Active box, the contact will no longer show up on your Project Contact Directory. To add the contact back to the Project Contact Directory, go back into the contact profile and check off the "Active Contact" box.
