Performance - Schedule DCI Meeting & Employee Self Evaluation
Upon launch of Development Check-Ins in Workday, employees will receive an Outlook notification and Workday inbox task to “Schedule Development Check-In Meeting with Manager.” Once employees schedules the meeting, they proceed to fill out their self evaluation prior to the meeting.
STEP 1: Log into Workday
Note: if you are accessing your Development Check-in from a Workday notification, proceed to STEP 3.
STEP 2: Access your inbox and click on the "Schedule Development Check-In with Manager" task.
STEP 3: Review the instructions and click [Submit]. This task must be submitted in order to receive your self evaluation task where you document the development areas you plan to discuss with your manager.
STEP 4: Upon submitting, a pop-up will appear informing you of the next step. Click [Open].
Note: This task is also available in your inbox if you plan to work on your self evaluation at a later time.
STEP 5: Review the instructional text and click [Get Started] button to proceed to your self evaluation.
STEP 6: Review the instructional text and then click into each text box to enter your responses to the statements.
STEP 7: Click [Next] once you are ready to submit.
STEP 8: Review your responses and click [Submit].
Note: You can click on 'Employees Actions and Manager Support' in the blue side panel to navigate to the prior page if you need to revise your responses before submitting.
STEP 9: You have successfully completed your Self Evaluation and it has been sent to your manager for review.
