CMiC R12 Project Contact Save and Cancel Buttons Missing
Known Issue: Occasionally users may experience missing Save and Cancel buttons when trying to add a contact under a Business Partner in the Project Partner Directory. This will result in being unable to complete the action of adding a contact successfully. This case has been opened with CMiC for a permanent fix.
Workaround: Clear caches for the browser, then try once more. (This does not always work)

Chrome
1. Click on the Menu icon (three stacked dots) in the top, right-hand corner of the browser
2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data...
3. Click 'Advanced'
4. Change 'Time range' to "All time"
5. Make sure the first 4 boxes are checked (all others remain unchecked)
6. Click 'Clear data'

1. Click ... > Settings > Privacy, search, and services
2. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear
3. The 'Clear browsing data' window will open...
a. Choose All time for the 'Time range' drop-down
b. Leave the top four options checked (Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files)
c. Click Clear now
4. Open a new window
