Check Filters (E.g., Subcontractor Prequalification - Partners)
Some logs in CMIC have system-wide default filters in place, which carried over from the older version of CMIC. For example, the Vendor Prequalification - Partners log (under Subcontractor Prequalification>Subcontractors) has a pre-existing default, seen in screenshot below.
If you are not seeing certain records/results showing in logs, try checking for filters by clicking the Show Filter button on topmost menu toolbar in CMIC. You can Clear existing filters (or modify and add new filters), then click Apply Filter. If you want to save what you've applied so that a particular log loads with your desired settings every time you log back into CMIC, click Save as Default.
