Add My Client Mandate Test
Employees can now enter and view their client mandate tests directly in Workday. The client mandate tests we are tracking include COVID-19 Test (Workplace Req'd Only). Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT). Lead Blood & ZPP Testing, TB Test - Chest X-Ray, TB Test - Skin Test, TB Test - 2 Step, Lead Blood Testing, Respiratory Fit Test, Flu Shot and MMR (Rubella).
If you are inputting a client mandate test, be prepared to upload a copy of your test results as the client mandate test cannot be submitted without one.
STEP 1: Log into Workday
STEP 2: Click on your Worker Profile
STEP 3: Click [View Profile]
STEP 4: Click the Personal category > Client Mandate Tests > Add button
STEP 5: Select a Client Mandate Test Type
STEP 6: Select a Client Mandate Test Result
STEP 7: Enter the Client Mandate Test Taken Date
STEP 8: In the Attachments section and Click [Select files]
STEP 9: Upload a copy of your test results
STEP 10: Select Category EE File - Client Mandates
STEP 11: Click [Submit]
Your client mandate test has been submitted to your HR Partner for review and will be visible on your profile once approved.
