Review Client Mandate Test
Employees now have the ability to enter and view their own client mandate tests in Workday. To assure that employees are correctly entering their client mandate test information, HR staff assigned the HR Partner security group will need to review and approve their entries. This includes thoroughly reviewing the test results that the employee provides. Once reviewed and approved, the client mandate test information will be visible on the worker's profile and in reports for HR staff.
STEP 1: Log into Workday
Note: If you are accessing this task from a Workday notification, proceed to STEP 3
STEP 2: Select the Add Client Mandate task in your inbox
STEP 3: Scroll down to the Attachments section and click on the attachment provided by the employee. Confirm that the details on attached test results match with the test type, test results and test taken date entered by the employee. If there are any discrepancies, HR Partners have the ability to make the corrections directly in the Review Client Mandate Test screen. The client mandate test can also be sent back to the employee and correction can be requested of them.
STEP 4: Click [Approve]. The client mandate test information is now visible on the worker profile and in reports.
