When the mobile will not sync, it is usually due to the invite code. Unlike ExakTime, you cannot share your mobile "invite code." Once shared, your ability to sync will be cut off and you will need to submit a ticket for a new mobile device invite code; WorkMax Access
The instructions below provide the steps on how to perform a sync.
1. Click the 3-line icon
2. Select Sync
3. You can see the sync is processing and when it’s done
NOTE: if updates are made in the web version, those changes WILL NOT sync to the mobile app. The app sync’s to the web version only.
