The details of this screen default from the project hierarchy on initial integration Once the job is in Workday, details on this screen can be changed based on the charge rates negotiated on the specific project Changes can be made by amending the project hierarchy resource plan Or importing a specific project resource plan template There isn’t a method for reverting a project specific resource plan back to an inherited plan Specific employees or worker groups (employees with the assigned job profile/project role) are indicated on each resource line Project Resources tab: This screen displays all individual workers and assigned project roles in the resource plan that can enter time against this job View Resource Rates button: This screen displays the rates based on the resource plan line associated with each individual employee The rate can be derived by the rate listed on the resource line (Override Rate column) Or, the standard cost rate set up for the Union craft workers (Standard Cost Rate column) Project Plan tab: Integrated: Task field is the phase field integrated from CMiC with the job number appended to the front of the phase code Only phases with the following categories 71111, 71151, 800001 & 899999 are integrated Phase name is appended to the end of the new code for visibility purposes.
