Email Cutover Ticket process
Overview:
Those working to migrate the SOLV Energy employees’ laptops to the new domain, will need to follow these procedures to create the ticket assigned to you. We will be using a ticket template to expedite this and to create a consistent approach. We will provide a link to the pre-scheduled employees on our SOLV Energy channel in Teams, where you will see the employees assigned to you. Please create a ticket for each person you will be working with.
In Fresh Service select the Ticket Tab (1) then open a New Ticket (2) button, and select Incident (3)
After opening the new ticket form, Select the template (1) called SOLV Energy Cutover (2)
Be sure to update the fields for Requester (1) and you as the agent (2) before saving (3)
Final step - Please add Michelle Smith as a Watcher(1) to all of your tickets so she can create the Outlook calendar event for the customer to help with reminders.
