Symptom: Quality Tracker now showing a project in Quality Tracker

Cause:

Job is not in Open Status. Only Open jobs are included in Tracker
Job is from an excluded department. Jobs that belong to departments and divisions included on this list are excluded from Tracker. https://support.swinerton.com/a/solutions/articles/1000058530
Incorrect project setup in Autodesk.

See eg. INC#266036. Confirm that project setup is correctly in Autodesk. Work with Katy Spicer to confirm that project job number are correctly set up or business units are set up correctly.
