Request Payment & Performance Bond -
Go to the Swinnet Risk website to request your Bond(s) and follow these 
Instructions. If requesting through Unanet (must have access), also visit the Swinnet Risk website for instructions to obtain your upper management approval(s) as needed and for other useful information once you receive your bond(s).
How To Request in Unanet:
- Enter your job/opportunity Name or Number in the dark blue Search box at top left.
- Once in the record, go to External Links near top right – click on the arrowhead for the menu, then select Request a Bond.
- This takes you to Boomi where you must enter all of the information relevant to your request (refer to
Instructions on Swinnet Risk).
- As you go along and when done, click Save on the right. An arrow will appear above and to the left of the Save button. When you float the mouse over it, it should read, “DOWNLOAD BOND REQUEST FORM HERE.”
- Use this to obtain your upper management approval(s) (via email or Docusign, your choice) along with the rest of the approval instructions on Swinnet Risk.
- Per the Instructions, gather all items and organize the format needed for submission of your request to Corporate Risk via email.
