Change an Activity Type

From the Context Pad, you can change one Activity type to another (e.g. change a Task to a Sub-Process) or you can further specify the type of Task (e.g. Manual Task, User Task).

Select the Activity you wish to change.
The Context Pad will appear above the selected Activity.
Click on the Change Element icon (the left-most icon on the Context Pad, that looks like a rounded rectangle overlapping a circle).
The list of available Activity types will appear.
Select which Activity type you wish to apply.

An example of changing a Task to a Call Activity, and changing a Task to a Send Task.
