Change Request
Hello Friends of BTech!
We have recently made some changes with our change request process, to make it easier to submit and track the status of those requests. With some new features with the Freshservice Support Portal, we can offer self-service on new change request, and the ability to monitor the progress. This single change request process will allows us to understand the demand, and work with our product managers and leadership to focus on the items that have the most value for Swinerton Inc. This new process is live, and we have provided some links to “How to videos”, the request form, and our Products and Services SwinNet page for quick reference.
- This process does not guarantee that all changes will be accepted and implemented, however, this will allow better management overall to these items.
- This is a new process for BTech and your feedback and collaboration is important.
If you cannot access this request form, please work with your Product Manager to have you added to the special access needed.
