How To: Opportunity Capture Plan Form
A capture plan is more than a checklist — it’s a strategic tool designed to elevate how we pursue work. It’s built to spark meaningful discussion, challenge assumptions, and drive intentional actions that position us to win before the RFP drops.
By using this tool, it helps us think beyond the project itself, aligning our efforts to build stronger client relationships, influence outcomes, and leverage the full power of the Swinerton Brand and ecosystem. When used early and consistently, this approach sets us up for success by ensuring we lead with our core strengths and deliver smarter, more competitive solutions.
