Join.Build - Setting up a New UserAccounts
Any users will be able to access the Join.Build web portal and create an account. Most will be able to utilize your Swinerton credentials via the Single Sign On (SSO) method.
Note: SSO currently only applies to all users with a “@swinerton.com” domain email address. All other domains (ie @timberlab, @swinertonenergy, etc) will still be required to utilize the current log in methods (ie a separate password). We are currently working on a pathway to enable all domains to utilize the SSO methods. Hopefully we will be able to turn those on soon.
In the meantime, if you have a different email than the @swinerton.com you can follow the same instructions. The only difference will be that you will be prompted to enter a unique log in. Please keep track of that password.
Start by going to:
https://myapps.microsoft.com/
This will bring up all the apps available to you. Find the Join.Build App:

If the application does not appear in your Microsoft Applications, you can also go to: https://app.join.build/
At the next prompt, click on the "Sign Up" at bottom.

Enter your Swinerton provided email address and then click on “Agree and Continue”
For other Swinerton Affiliate domains (eg: @timberlab.com, @swinertonenergy.com, etc) you WILL be prompted to create unique password. Be sure to keep track of that password.

At the next prompt, replace the default value from your email, and enter your full name (first and last) and job title.
Additionally, if desired, you can also click into the letters in the circle to the right if you want to upload a photo of yourself. You will also be able to edit your profile to add this photo later in your profile settings.

When complete, click on “Continue”. This will take you to the platform. Congratulations, you now have access to the Join.build platform.
Note once you log in for the first time you may get an introduction email from the Join.build team.
