Copy Previous Daily Journal (Construct PM)

Introduction
How to copy information from an existing Daily Journal to a new entry in order to save time entering information that has not changed (or had only minor changes that can be updated).
Note: Daily Journal entries can be created for the current date, up to 7 days in the past, or up to 7 days in the future.
Note: Recommended practice is to have no more than 7 open/unsubmitted Daily Journal entries at any given time. Click here to learn how to filter for PENDING entries.

Steps
1. In Project Management, open the Site Management section in the treeview and click on Daily Journal.
2. Find the Journal entry you wish to copy, then click to open it.

3. Click on the three dots menu in the top, right-hand corner, then click Copy Journal Entry.

4. Select which sections of the prior Journal entry you wish to copy over, then click Copy.

5. The new Journal entry opens up. Make sure to modify the Creation Date, click Set Weather, and update any other fields as needed. Once complete, click Save As Draft or Submit.
