Prepare a Process Model Image File for Printing
Ideally, your process model will be viewed digitally and you won't have to constrain the layout of your process model to fit on standard paper sizes.
Having optimized your process model within Optimize Process Model Layout for Printing in Camunda Modeler and successfully exported it as an image using Export a Process Model as an Image from Camunda Modeler, you are now poised to fine-tune the image for precise printing using Bluebeam Revu.
- Launch Bluebeam Revu.
- Select File » Open from the menu bar.

In the Open dialog box,
- Select 'All Files' in the lower right corner.

Locate and choose the image file that you exported from Camunda Modeler.
- Select the Open button.
- Select Batch » Crop and Page Setup from the menu bar.

In the Batch: Crop and Page Setup dialog box,
- Select the Next button.
- Select a Media Size from the drop-down list.

In the Scale field, set the scale to:
- 30% for a printed font size of 8pt
- 33.33% for a printed font size of 9pt
- 37% for printed font size of 10pt
- If your model is smaller than the paper size you selected, click the Fit to Media button and then select Align Top from the Fit to Media drop-down list.
- Select the OK button.
- Select File » Save to save your scaled process model as a PDF.
- Select File » Print to print your scaled process model.
