How to Access and Update Canned Responses
How to Access and Update Canned Responses in Fresh Service -
STEP 1: Click on the Admin Icon on the left.
STEP 2: Click on Canned Responses.
STEP 3: Select the folder that the response would be located (the Folder defaults to "Personal").
STEP 4: Select the response you want to view or update (Click on the blue wording to open).
STEP 5: Modify the response as needed and click Update.
