How To Create a Canned Response
1. Click the Admin icon/tab along the left-hand-side
2. Click Canned Responses
3. Click New Canned Response
4. Add the Response Title
5. Add your response Message
Additional Options
a) click on Insert Placeholder to add fields from the ticket. The data will autofill from what is in the ticket
b) add an attachment
c) restrict or add other groups to make your response available to other Agents
6. Click Save
