How To: Add My Pipeline View in Outlook & Teams
Step 1: On the left hand panel of your Outlook (new/old version should both work), click on the the Apps icon and "Add apps."


Step 2: Using the search bar, type in "Unanet CRM Pipeline" and the add the Unanet CRM Pipeline View application to your Outlook.


Step 3: After the application has loaded, you should see a list of your opportunities in My Pipeline View format. Right click on the Unanet icon on the left hand panel to "pin" the application for easier accessibility. You also have the option of modifying your Opportunity Preferences. Check out Step 4 of the following article for help on setting up your preferences. If you are using the Old Outlook and the screen is not loading, please restart your Outlook and the application should load after restarting.

Step 4: After you are done setting up in Outlook, navigate to your Teams app. On the left hand bar, click the last icon that says "Apps." Search for "Unanet CRM" and open the Unanet CRM Pipeline View application on Teams.

Step 5: On the left hand bar, you should now see the Unanet icon pop up. Right click and "pin" the application for easier accessibility.

Step 5: You can now easily access the opportunities you are connected to in Outlook and in Teams without having to login to the Web platform.
